Lauren Harris, MPH(c)
Consultant
Lauren brings a strong interdisciplinary background grounded in psychology, public health, and equity-focused research. She holds an A.B. in Psychology from Princeton University, with minors in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science, and is currently completing her Master of Public Health at the University of Nebraska Medical Center with a concentration in Epidemiology.
Her academic and professional interests are deeply shaped by her early experiences attending an all-girls high school, where she was actively involved in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that centered the voices and leadership of girls and young women.
At Princeton, Lauren conducted research on prejudice and cross-racial friendships, further strengthening her commitment to understanding and dismantling structural and interpersonal barriers that limit authentic belonging. This combination of lived experience, rigorous training, and equity-centered scholarship positions Lauren to thoughtfully leverage data to translate lived experience into actionable tools, frameworks, and recommendations.
