Taylor Goulbourne
Founder + Principal Consultant
I am a researcher, strategist, and consultant who helps mission-driven organizations evaluate programs and design solutions that truly work for the communities they serve.
I bring over a decade of experience in public health, communication, and program evaluation. My career has spanned nonprofit, academic, and federal contexts, including leading employee experience projects at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs and supporting food access initiatives at the community level.
Beyond my work, I’m also a mom, wife, and dog-lover, which shapes how I think about balance, sustainability, and the real-world impact of the work we do together.
